We’ll handle administration aspects like the taxation of vehicles over one year old, Road Fund Licence refund requests, V5 and MOT management, and motoring offences such as speeding, congestion or parking fines, which will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, reducing your penalty costs.
Our service also includes

- Cherished or personalised plate requests
- Parking permit requests
- Police liaison and court summons, if required
Motor Insurance Database reporting
In January 2003, the fourth EU Motor Insurance Directive came into force, requiring the insurance details for all vehicles of each member state to be easily identified by a national information centre. The Motor Insurance Database (MID) was created to record these details and all insured vehicles must be on this database.
We can update the Motor Insurance Database (MID) on your behalf for all funded, fleet managed, and hire vehicles provided through us, helping your fleet to comply with MID requirements and leaving you to focus on your core business.
The cost for MID Reporting is dependent on your fleet size and is billed annually. This service is available for fleets of all sizes.
