Your broker or dealer will let you know your vehicle’s due date shortly after you place your order and will be able to give you updates on its arrival.
The industry is seeing a challenge with supply at the moment because of a shortage of semiconductor chips, production delays from COVID-19 and continued increase in demand. Availability of vehicles is dependent on when manufacturers can produce more vehicles to meet the current demand and there is no certainty when things may improve. We’re working with brokers and dealers to get your vehicle to you as quickly as possible.

Please make sure the vehicle is thoroughly checked during the handover process. In the unlikely event of there being any damage on the vehicle, please ensure this is recorded on the delivery release note at the time of delivery and report it to us as soon as possible.

If your vehicle doesn't match what you ordered when it’s delivered, please speak to your broker or dealer directly and they'll be able to help.

You may be able to change your order if your vehicle isn’t already in production at the factory. Please speak to your broker or dealer and they'll be able to tell you if changes are possible.
